By accessing or using StringBiz you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

StringBiz is a web-based business management platform for tennis stringing professionals. It provides tools for job tracking, customer management, string inventory, automated notifications, and related features.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StringBiz for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or resale of the service is prohibited.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Data & Privacy

We store your business data securely and will not share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., SMS delivery via Twilio, email via Brevo). You retain ownership of all data you enter into StringBiz.

Limitation of Liability

StringBiz is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StringBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StringBiz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
