How does the free plan work?
The free plan includes simple job and inventory tracking (10 per month), 10 customers, 10 string types, and email notifications to your players. It's great for someone who just strings for themselves or their family and wants to keep better track of things!
What printers do I need?
QR labels work best with Brother P-touch label printers (18mm x 60mm tape). For job receipts, any 57mm or 80mm thermal receipt printer works great. Both are optional - you can use StringBiz without any special printers.
Can I import my existing customer data?
Yes! StringBiz supports CSV import for customers, making it easy to migrate from spreadsheets or other systems. Our import tool maps your columns automatically.
